2 to 3 tsp sweet pickle relish
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup ketchup
1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
Butter (sorry) for grilling

Butter pan and put sandwiches in on med hi heat. Butter top side of sandwiches. Flip over when cheese is melted on bottom side. Cook till browned and crispy! Sooooo good!
